Situation : Heineken initially contracted with Jones Lang LaSalle to carry due diligence on its premises and review lease terms (11 leases). Mission was then extended to the search of a new building for 10,000 sqm headquarter offices, with lease negotiation and fit-out project management. Tetris acted as Design & Build Contractor and Jones Lang LaSalle as interior designer.
