The office market in the Greater Paris Region - Q2 2016

  • The Greater Paris Region market posted a good level of performance in Q2 2016 with almost 614,000 sq m of take-up for H1 2016 to over 1.1 million sq m, representing 20% year-on-year increase to a level which is equivalent to the ten-year- average.​

  • Investment volumes for the Greater Paris Region made a significant recovery over Q2 2016 with €4.4 billion.

  • Prime yields remained stable in the CBD, but pposted a 25 bps contraction in most other submarkets in the Greater Paris Region over Q2 2016.
