- 72 transactions (compared with 83 in 2018) recorded in 2019, a take-up of 873,000 sq m in 2019.
- The submarkets of the inner rim took the lead in 2019, both in terms of the number of transactions and volume with no fewer than 26 transactions recorded, compared with 28 in Paris.
- Companies from the finance sector were the main consumers of space in 2019 accounting for 20% of the overall volume, followed by manufacturers and real estate service companies.
- Vacant supply of spaces over 5,000 sq m represents less than 1.1 million sq m available for corporates (39% of the Greater Paris Region vacant stock).
