- One again in 2013, the number of leveraged deals remained a minority with only 20% of the sales transactions above € 30 million being leveraged- The largest is the transaction, the more frequent is the use of leverage - Competition between the various lenders led to a drop of the margins- It’s now possible to get financing for Core + and value-add acquisitions- The total available senior debt in 2014 will be comparable to 2013 with an expected rising demand
