Investors Intention Index - July 2010

The end of the crisis is a given for investors, but there is no
consensus on the scenario for the next 12 months.
Some investors think that the supply does not meet their
expectations, but nevertheless a very large majority foresees a rise in invested volumes.
Half of the investors anticipate a drop in prime yields, but on the other hand, none expect a rise in rental values in the short-term.
The results of this first barometer confirm a recovery in investor optimism, even if most of them remain cautious.
