Current Responsibilities
Gwenola heads up the French team of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels & Hospitality Group. She is responsible for managing the firm’s business in France, overseeing the advisory and transaction services and a team comprising 18 consultants.

Gwenola Donet has a 10-year experience in the hospitality real estate industry. She joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2006 as a consultant and then became the head of the Advisory team in 2010. She was appointed France Director in 2012. During her career, she has been responsible for conducting numerous valuation and advisory assignments throughout France, Switzerland and French Polynesia. She has also undertaken various feasibility studies, acquisition and mixed-use development advice, covering the full spectrum of asset classes from budget to luxury hotels and Palaces, portfolios or single assets. She has been involved in several operator searches and developed a specific expertise in negotiating management contracts and leases. Gwenola’s key strengths lies also in her knowledge in the French and Swiss markets, in various type of destinations such as urban, leisure or specialized/niche markets (thermal resorts, ski resorts, sea resorts). She had the opportunity through her studies and previous jobs to gain international experience in Canada, Germany, Morocco, Mauritius, Costa Rica, French Polynesia and Switzerland. She has been a valuable contributor to different market intelligence reports, especially on the highly recognized Parisian palaces and Budget hotels in France.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle in 2006, Gwenola was with KPMG in the Hospitality advisory team for five years.
