Current Responsibilities
Thomas joined the Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels & Hospitality team in 2011. He is in charge of developing the Mid-Market network in France, but also on a larger perimeter in Europe. Launched by Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels & Hospitality four years ago, the Mid-Market activity, aiming to market properties up to €m20, revealed a tremendous potential on these markets. Thomas has assembled a team of 7 dedicated people, distributed in different locations in France: Paris, Lyon and Marseille to cover the investment needs of hoteliers and investors. He is working in conjunction and full coordination with the Investment Department - Corporate Market and the advisory Department.

Experience
Thomas has always worked in the hospitality sector. After some operational experiences at Libertel Hotels (Compagnie Generale des Eaux), he wished to move to the advisory and transactional side by first leading the international department of MKG Consulting, conducting assignments in Europe, Middle-East, Africa and the Caribbean Islands. Subsequently, Thomas has conveyed valuations and transactions projects across Continental Europe for CB Richard Ellis Hotels and then joined Christie + Co in 2004 to take the helm of the French subsidiary in 2006 as Managing Director and developing the team and the network with success.

Education and Affiliations
Thomas hold a BSc in Hospitality Management from the Lausanne Hotel School (Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne). Thomas is fluent in English, Spanish and has Italian knowledge. He also attended a management training in Wales.
