Paris, 24 September 2015 - Fidelity Worldwide Investment has signed the sale of a class A logistics warehouse situated in St Rambertd'Albon (60 kms South of Lyon) and delivered in 2009. Located in front of the A7 motorway, the building of 22,000 sqm is fully let to the logistics subsidiary of Intermarché through a new lease regeared in 2014.
Rockspring Property Investment Managers has acquired this asset on behalf of the fund TransEuropean V for a price close to 12 million euros.
The transaction was made by JLL in a coexclusive mandate with Arthur Loyd.
