Paris, 8th August 2013 - Jones Lang LaSalle strengthens its Corporate Solutions department led by Joël de Lafond

Benoît DELATTRE, 40 years old, joined Jones Lang LaSalle as Strategic Consulting Director within the Corporate Solutions department directed by Joël de LAFOND


He will be involved in strategic and organizational consulting missions related to large companies and government agencies, such as:  real estate property programming,  real estate performance planning, portfolio review, rationalization of park networks, real estate services reorganization, etc..
Graduated from the IESEG and with an MSc in Finance at Concordia University, Benoît DELATTRE also has an ESSEC Master degree in  " Real Estate Management ".
With a 5-year experience within the food company MARS in South America, Benoît DELATTRE joined PwC in 2001 in Paris as a Senior Consultant.
In 2004, he created and developed the real estate department of BEARINGPOINT with nearly a dozen employees. As Senior Manager, he advised investors and large companies such as SNCF, Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance ...


Ybsen CHOTIA, 31 years old, MRICS, graduated from Paris Dauphine with a master degree in Real Estate Management , joined Jones Lang LaSalle as Senior Consultant in the Strategic Consulting division of Corporate Solutions department. Ybsen was previously Senior Consultant in the real estate division of BEARINGPOINT.
Thanie KHAU, 27 years old, graduated from EM Lyon and joined Jones Lang LaSalle as a consultant in the Strategic Consulting division of Corporate Solutions department. She was previously Consultant at ACCENTURE.
