Systra - Lease acquisition and fit-out project

Context and Objectives
After the first consulting project conducted by the Corporate Solutions department, Jones Lang LaSalle advises Systra, an engineering company specializing in urban and rail transportation on its research and lease acquisition of a new headquarters.

Approaches of Jones Lang LaSalle
- Collecting customers’ needs and preparing specifications
- Thoroughly investigating the market, visiting pre-selected premises and defining a short list
- Carrying out the capacity, technical and economic studies of shortlisted buildings
- Conducting financial, juristical and technical negotiations on the chosen building. In addition to this transaction mission, AMO and Project Design teams accompanied Systra throughout the fit-out project and the execution of  works of its new future headquarters.

Systra, international leader in engineering of urban and rail transportation, has signed a long-term lease with a whole surfaces of 26,200 m² on the building "Farman". This new building, with the HQE (High Quality Environmental standard)  and BBC certifications, is located at 72-76 rue Henri Farman in the 15th district of Paris.
In 2012, Systra has brought together all its teams in one building in Ile-de-France, as well as those of Inexia and Xelis, subsidiaries of SNCF and RATP, with whom Systra will form a single company with more than 1500 people.
