Sanofi - Research and lease acquisition

​Research, lease acquisition, renovation and fit-out management of the world headquarters
20000 m² - Paris 8 - 750 positions – Certified BREEAM and HQE in progress

Context and Objectives
During the summer of 2010, Corporate Solutions department and Leasing accomplished for Sanofi in a record time the lease acquisition of 20,000 m² at 54 rue la Boétie, former headquarters of Alcatel-Lucent and property of KanAm, to install its new world headquarters which was formerly located in avenue de France, Paris 13. The race against time is then extended to the entire management of the renovation and fit-out management of leased premises by the Consulting & AMO department.
 
Results
The building, holding more than 750 employees nowadays, is in the process of BREEAM certification and has already had a HQE Exploitation certification.
For this non-standard project, Consulting & Project & Development Services departments has appointed more than 50 experts (architects, interior designers, space planners, consultants, landscapers, etc.) and 1500 partners from 180 different companies to transform the building and create fit-out works matching Sanofi’s new culture and new image in less than 15 months.
